The largest shopping mall in Quito, offer international & local luxury to well-known brand, from fashion, accecories, beauty, electronics. There are also bank, ATM & restaurants, cafe, and food courts with various delicious meals from Ecuadorian, European to Asian. Note: price more expensive in Ecuador because they charge higher tax here. So if you are tight in budget, be patient to buy things in local mercardo (market) or when you are back to home country. The biggest mall in Ecuador! I mean it’s fine. It could definitely use a grocery store. I would say the biggest problem I have at the mall is it it smells like a bathroom because they have bad sewage system. All the toilet paper Hass to be thrown, not in the toilet, but in a bucket next to the toilet, so sometimes the mall will end up smelling really bad. I think everyone in Ecuador is just used to it. I’m not They don’t allow dogs Mall smells like a toilet

This mall is awesome definitely one of the best I’ve been too. They have everything you can think of from barbershops, Car dealerships, restaurants, clothing stores, Pharmacies to even a bowling alley and arcade. The food court was also very big with lots of options. And the bathrooms were also pretty clean. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Why isn't there a map or directory anywhere? Online? In the mall (only one location nowhere near an entrance). There should be one at each entrance, at the customer service desk, on the website, here, etc.

On the plus side, being able to rent a wheelchair at customer service was a huge help. But without any map or guide to elevators, escalators, bathrooms, store floor locations, a lot of frustration.

Also - since there is no where to sit down on the ground floor, having the wheelchair helped a lot. The accessibility via ramps is good throughout, if you have the stamina or ability to...

Disappointed when i showed and the vents were closed. Shortly after prying them off the wall by my own will i was repulsed to find webs and dust inside of said vents. Shortly after making my way inside the mall without the use of any directional tools, I was shocked by the fact that there was no lights and each store was barred up. Unbelievable horrible, however Extremely Exhilarated to find everything was 100% off and each employee was allowing me to shop by my lonesome. Im giving this 3 stars due to the fact that there was plenty of toilets to collect urine off...
