Nice sweet and coffee spot. The products are the same as in all the other shops, like coffee tea cake sandwich and sweets. Their Staff is friendly and the order was handled very fast, nothing to complain about. The seating area is a bit small and crowded, so if you're with a big group or want some privacy better go to another place. Tables were clean and even when people left they were cleaned fast and properly. Their Coffee is quite nice and not that watery like on other coffee chains like JV.... The sweets are looking very tasty and amazing. They have different types of drinks like hot and cold teas, nice frappucinos and different style coffees and milkshakes. Prices are affordable and...

Muy mala experiencia, le solicite al chico que me vendiera un pastel de zanahoria fresco para llevar, del pastel que tenía en exhibición....ya que la otra vez que compré ahí mismo....el que me dieron estaba duro porque les había sobrado un pedazo y lo tenían guardado en cocina. Y el chico me engañó, se llevo el pastel para hacerme creer que lo corto y nuevamente me vendió el trozo de pastel que tenían en cocina. Me di cuenta de eso ya que al irme volvieron a sacar a la vitrina el mismo pastel entero que fue ingresado. Ya no tuve tiempo para reclamar, porque me tenía que ir Cuando llego a casa , nuevamente el pastel estaba reseco. Muy mal que traten así al cliente, esto pasó en el sweet and coffe del Quicentro Shopping,...

Lo más destacable son sus sabores únicos! Si pienso en un antojo, Sweet&Coffe es una de mis primeras alternativas, sus recetas son exquisitas, sin duda. En nuestro país hay una deficiencia común: la atención al cliente, y acá no es la excepción, sus empleados en general son amables pero desprolijos, sin embargo, al no ser un local con servicio a la mesa, una de las alternativas comunes siempre es pedir para llevar, lo que reduce la relación cliente/dependiente al mínimo, esto evita que pueda darse un mal rato. El único inconveniente real es que, hace algún tiempo, bajaron el tamaño de las prociones, y como seres adaptables que somos, terminamos...
