Great lagoon to snorkel for free just off the harbor. It is connected directly to the harbor so what you see in there is always changing. No guarantees what you will see at any given time. The four times we have been there the water has been crystal clear and is not very deep. We have seen a Penguin, iguanas, seal lions, rays, and assortment of fish. The walkway to the lagoon is beautiful and well maintained. There is a well maintained deck with two sets of stairs into the water. The pier was slightly crowded, but there was still enough room for us to get our gear on! There were also hooks that we used to hang up our bags to keep them off the wet ground. We went during the recommended low tide and the water was a perfect temperature! Just on the dock, we saw 2 iguanas and a sea lion. In the water, I saw a star fish, many smaller fish, a couple of beautifully colored parrot fish and a ray! There are steps to get in the water so that it is easy to enter! The entrance is...
