The Digger Hub Mivida — Attraction in Cairo

We had our daughter’s 7th birthday at The Diggers Place, and I honestly regret every second of it. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster.

First of all, the service was beyond terrible. The staff were disorganized, unhelpful, and completely unprepared for the event. We had everything planned and confirmed ahead of time, but they were so late in setting up that guests started arriving while they were still scrambling to get things ready. It was embarrassing and stressful.

The food? Don’t even get me started. Cold, tasteless, and definitely not what we were promised. Half the kids didn’t touch it, and the adults were left unimpressed and hungry. For what we paid, it was absolutely unacceptable.

The entire event felt chaotic and messy. There was no coordination, no structure, and certainly no sense of professionalism. It was painfully obvious that the staff had no idea what they were doing. I spent more time trying to fix their mistakes than actually enjoying my daughter’s birthday.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! The kids’ area is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that kept the little ones entertained the whole time. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They helped with the setup, guided the kids, and were always available with a smile.

Our daughter had an amazing time and so did all her friends — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to create such wonderful memories.
