Cinnabon — Restaurant in Cairo

I have had a very disappointing experience with Cinnabon that shows a complete failure in management system. First, there is a huge problem in home delivery service that had extended to have my order delivered in 3 hours despite that hotline inform me that it will be delivered within 60 minutes. Second, i have contacted hotline after 90 minutes of doing my order to followup my order and they put me on hold to check with Mivida branch and they got back ti me informing that the order is on its way and im literally 7 minutes away from this branch.I waited for another 35 minutes and i decided to call call center again to cancel my order. The delivery man called me after almost 3 hours telling me that he is in-front of the compound, i told him that i have cancelled the order, he starting to tell me that its not his fault and please take the order. I ordered a Joe on the Go which includes a cinnamon and a coffee as per the menu and was given a single mini cinnabon without a coffee. When complaining about the missing coffee, I was told that it is not included and that I need to specify that I want the "offer". They explained there is no option to modify your order once it is paid and that if I wanted a coffee I should either order it separately or re-order the Joe on the Go with the offer this time.

I also ordered 4 pieces and was told that it would take 30 minutes. After checking 20 minutes later, I was told that I need to wait 30 more minutes. I received my order 50 minutes later from the time I placed it (placed 11:03, received 11:53).

Your favorite place when you crave a dessert as a self reward. The place is clean and the outdoor location with lake view is amazing. The only drawback is the teenagers sitting upstairs with a lot of noise. But it is perfect when you sit in the outdoor area. They also serve nice coffee. They have even Turkish coffee.
