We went to Cairo's as a group during Ramadan. Parking is easy with lots of space. There is inside and outside seating. Outdoors there is portable heaters and a tv. Indoors the decor is chic and comfortable. I liked the Egyptian drawing and decor. The service was excellent for iftar and everyone received what they ordered on time. I tried sharkaseya which was delicious and the fattah with lamb meat was cooked perfectly. I wish there was more kids menu options other than spaghetti and Molokhia. I also found the bathroom location, which is in the office building nearby, inconvenient and scary bc there was no security in the building. Overall we enjoyed the experience, and will likely go again, and I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast options after Ramadan.

CAIRO’S is an Egyptian restaurant located in Mivida, New Cairo, operating daily from 8 AM to 2 AM. The establishment offers a diverse menu that includes traditional Egyptian dishes and international favorites. Their breakfast selection features items such as cheesy fries, creamy labna, and omelettes. For dessert, patrons can enjoy treats like creamy Sakalans and classic Kunafa, which pair well with a hot latte or rich hot chocolate. Additionally, CAIRO’S is known for its signature feteer, available in varieties like pure cheese delight, and served with molasses and tahini. The restaurant has become a popular gathering spot, especially during Ramadan, attracting celebrities and locals alike.

The authentic Egyptian breakfast dishes here deliver on flavor and quality - my Alexandrian foul was well-seasoned and the ta'meya had that perfect crispy exterior. While the food execution is solid, the overall experience falls a bit flat. The restaurant lacks distinctive character or ambiance, and the uncomfortable dining chairs made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the meal.

The service is adequate and prices are a little overpriced for what you get. If you're in the area and craving Egyptian cuisine, you won't be disappointed with the food itself. However, there isn't that special something that would make this place memorable enough to plan a return visit. Consider it a decent spot for a casual breakfast, just don't expect to...
