Great skiing spots for both, beginners & pro, with 1 short slope specially to learn to ski, one nice blue slope to make first steps in skiing down, and then a number of red slopes for more advanced skiers & finally black ones, including the highest point at 3,400 meters right in the crater of Erciyes Volcano. In theory, this resort should be great - a lot of lifts and slopes and affordable ski passes compared to Western-European resorts. In practice, 90% of slopes and lifts were closed because of lack of snow. Which I understand - the weather is unpredictable, that's just a sad fact. However, there are also slopes surrounded by snow canons which are never turned on. Never. There are literally mud patches on the tracks and they refuse to make more snow.
