Mirada Del Monte — Hotel in Melikgazi

We thought the hotel was a great value. Rooms were nice and roomy; everything was in good condition; breakfast and dinner buffets were included and they were quite good. We also enjoyed the additional services, like the lovely spa with free sauna and steam room and swimming pool. And the ski equipment rental and shuttle to the slopes was super convenient and the staff were very helpful. However we had one experience that soured us on the place and we’ll stay elsewhere next time as a result- we don’t want to suffer from this person’s ire for accidentally angering him/her. A friend also staying at the hotel ordered a cake for his wife’s birthday, to be served at the table after our dinner. They have a one-year old and he wanted his wife’s birthday to feel special. He also brought a bottle of wine, which he did not know was not allowed. When a server informed him it wasn’t allowed, he of course said we would not drink it. We waited for that cake for half an hour while the dining room emptied of all the other customers, and while the 3 young kids in our group ran amok because it was past their bedtimes. We finally gave up and my friend later found out that a manager decided not to serve the cake as punishment for bringing the wine. Our friend was embarrassed and his wife did not get the happy celebration she more than deserved. What a horrible way to treat customers. Great place, located next to the slopes, great food, although at some point it became monotonous. The waiters Mucait, Ozkan and Merlut were very nice and helpful, they made our time while eating, and the chef Fileret always kindly welcomed us in Polish ;) Damla and Mehmet at the reception were always helpful, smiling and nice, as was the cleaning lady Gokmen, who (what it doesn't happen often) speaks English well, which makes contact very easy.|The only notices I have are for the rooms which are unfortunately already in need of renovation (bathrooms that don't look great and very leaky windows) but overall I would be happy to return to the hotel, especially since it has very encouraging prices and...

Начну с того, что мы ездили в этот отель 4 года подряд и большой компанией. Цена и качество были соответствующие. Но в сезоне 2024 все резко изменилось.|На этот раз был выбран номер 2-х комнатный Comfort ибо приехали семьей (один взрослый и 2 детей, 7 и 15 лет) и друзьями (всего нас было 24 человека). Цена по сравнению с прошлыми годами поднялась значительно, но при этом отель убрал систему All Inclusive и теперь это полупансион и без алкогольных напитков. В номерах курят и нам дважды пришлось жаловаться на запах табака в ванной комнате. На третий день пребывания мы сидели с детьми в холе у камина, играли в карты и слушали тихо музыку из блютуз колонки. Персоналу это не понравилось, якобы мы всем мешали, хотя кроме нас в лобби была еще одна компания и они также играли в карты, хотели забрать колонку, чтобы музыки персональной в лобби не было, я не отдал, выключил и положил рядом. В результате на следующий день из-за этого меня с детьми просто выселили из отеля. Причем дали время до Check out до 14, а после пригрозили еще счет за пребывание в отеле выставить. Переговоры с руководством не помогли, обращение в местную жандармерию с правозащитником не помогло, общение с туроператором не помогло, общение турагента с отелем также. В итоге оплачен был отель 5, а нас просто взяли и выселили в отель 3 Erciyes Hill Hotel. Все, что я услышал, это только то, что я дебошир и отель сам принимает решение кому жить, а кого выселить и то, что вы оплатили пребывание их не волнует. Поэтому будьте крайне внимательны, вас могут вышвырнуть из отеля если вы им не угодили и вы об этом узнаете постфактум. Хуже отпуска я и представить не мог. Категорически не рекомендую к посещению!!!|Единственные, кому хотелось выразить свой респект - это ребята из Скирум (отзывчивые, приветливые и дружелюбные), особенно Якубу.
