A Truly Unforgettable Ski Holiday – Pure Luxury and Perfection!
From the moment we arrived at this incredible hotel, we knew we were in for something special. Every detail, no matter how small, was meticulously taken care of, making this one of the best ski holidays we have ever had.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect – ski-in, ski-out access right in the heart of the resort, ensuring maximum time on the slopes. The five-star experience is evident in every aspect, from the impeccable cleanliness to the outstanding service provided by the friendly and professional staff.
We arrived in our own car and found ample parking right outside the hotel, with the concierge readily available to assist. The reception and guest relations team were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was an oasis of comfort, equipped with everything we needed – a Nespresso machine, kettle, TV, and an array of toiletries, including a shaving kit and even a toothbrush and toothpaste.
The food was nothing short of exceptional. We booked half-board, and every meal was an absolute delight. The presentation was Michelin-star worthy, and the variety left us spoilt for choice. Breakfast featured a live cooking station where a chef prepared fresh omelets and pancakes to order, while the evening meals were equally exquisite. The restaurant staff were attentive, ensuring tables were promptly cleared and serving tea at the end of each meal.
One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's luxurious spa and wellness facilities. The swimming pool, with its breathtaking panoramic mountain views, was simply stunning. We particularly loved the swim-out feature, where we could soak in the warm water and enjoy the fresh alpine air while watching the snow-covered slopes. The separate sauna and steam rooms for men and women provided ultimate relaxation, and the thoughtful addition of a swimsuit drying machine in the changing area was a welcome touch.
The housekeeping team worked tirelessly to maintain spotless surroundings, adding to the overall five-star experience. The hotel's snowsport shop, Ice Blu, was another fantastic feature. While we brought our own equipment, the heated lockers ensured our boots were warm and dry every morning – a small but invaluable luxury. The staff were extremely helpful, even assisting guests with their boots, and the shop stocked high-quality ski gear, from helmets to gloves.
The only downside? Having to leave! We truly fell in love with this hotel and its wonderful staff. Without a doubt, we will be booking again for next winter. If you're looking for the ultimate ski holiday experience, this hotel is simply unbeatable.

Read moreIf you’re English and you don’t smoke I don’t recommend you come here. They allow smoking in the (albeit very nice with a fire in the middle) chalet bar which totally wrote off any chance of us spending any time in there because it stinks. But you’re in the middle of nowhere. You can’t go to another bar. So 2 working channels on the tv in the room it is. The service in the bars/restaurant are veeeeeeeeery bad. On average 30 mins to get served. They all just stand talking in the corner. Except for one guy who does all th work. You have no control over the thermostat in the room, and it hits 25-27 degrees. Window open constantly which when there’s a blizzard is less than ideal. There’s no need for any room or communal area to be this hot. They say it’s because it’s a winter hotel but that makes no sense. No other winter hotel is this hot. Surely find a comfortable temp which combats the outside elements but doesn’t boil your guests. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, and the on site ski slope was nice for beginners. The free shuttle to the main area was a nice touch although very infrequent towards the end of the day. The gym is really reasonable and the equipment looks good quality. Even has Pilates equipment. The swimming pool and sauna steam bath etc are all well put together with a stunning view of the mountain but very annoying you have to wear an unsightly swimming cap for reasons unknown. It has soooooo much potential. Just needs some fine tuning. And some weird backdated rules changing (smoking,...
Read moreIt was overpriced while the hotel even was not completed yet as a newly opened hotel. When you charge me 450 euros per night, I expect a luxury stay without any problem. Since I arrived, the elevator, gym, etc., were full of dust. 3-4 times at night the electricity cut from the hotel side. I booked a suite with Mountain View, but they gave me just a big room with 3-star service. I attached the photo of the terrible bathroom. Water was coming from the floor when you touched a part of it… the furniture was new, and the room was airless with wood and paint smell. It was totally uncomfortable. When I checked the room, I asked to change the room they said there was no availability. I asked for a cancellation, and they refused even I didn’t use the room. They said they could change the room tomorrow. on the next day the manager refused to change the room and so rude said YOU CAN GO!!!! It’s my experience in a 5-star hotel. As a person who visited many 5-star hotels in Singapore, Dubai, Jakarta, Bali, Malaysia, it was the first time I saw a staff talk like this with a guest… on the other hand, breakfast was so average. When you pay 450 Euros per night, you expect a comfortable stay, friendly and polite staffs, super breakfast, but I see...
