Good place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Famous for flying squirrels, although I've been more than 6 times and never seen one so they must be rare.
Amenities include fire pits (firewood included!) and rustic camping spots.
The park is large enough that you won't be able to see it all in one day trip. The information hut at Haukalampi is a good start. Mustalampi or Iso-Holma are both a short distance from there and each have nice views over the lakes.

There is restaurant, gallery and panorama view tower here. There are couple of tents where barbeque provision is made for enjoying the food.
The long Nuuksio lake that you can see while coming by bus is serene, calm and tranquil, where you can take dip, swim and spend time around. There is not a lot of space available near the lake for picnic or family fun during peak time. However there is a lot of other space in the park where you can chill.
Also there is reindeer park around 1km from here, only few deers and not very crowded and not entry ticket. A lot of recreational things and adventures can be done here. You can do night camping...
