The best thing by far was the permanent exhibition of the Museum of Central Finland. It uses sights, sounds, and objects to tell about the history of Central Finland and the City of Jyväskylä in an engaging way. It offers plenty to explore also for children. As for the other exhibitions, for the most part they were very text-heavy with not that many objects to see.
