Château Fontvert — Attraction in Apt

We visited the store 10 minutes before closing time. We already had one of their red wines in a local restaurant which we really appreciated. This was the reason to visit the place. Unfortunately the lady in the shop was very unfriendly. She was not willing to let us taste a single wine and was really unfriendly. We had an absolutely lovely time tasting the organic and “back to simplicity” wines here. We called them the morning of to ask if our group of 14 could stop by and they were very accommodating. Elise was super warm and welcoming and explained their values and vision for their wines, and answered all of our questions. My family ( 8 total) had a great experience visiting Fontvert! There were 8 of us in total, and were greeted by a very pleasant employee who was kind enough to give us a full tasting even when we showed up 30 minutes before closing. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable not only about their wines, but about the process into how the wines are made and what makes each wine unique.
