Highly recommended. They served us some of the best ice cream I have ever had - and I don't say that lightly. The Dominican Republic dark chocolate ice cream had me in raptures: it had a depth and complexity of flavour that I savoured every mouthful and showed the quality of the ingredients that Ravì use. The surprise star of the show for me was the lavender flavour. I urge you to try this. This is nothing like the inferior lavender ice you may have had elsewhere, which looks and tastes like perfumed soap. This is the real deal: a pale ice cream whose flavour is initially subtle on the front palate but bursts through as an intense and pleasing aroma on the mid- and back palate a few seconds later. Wow - this was like standing in a Provençal lavender field in full flower and breathing in deeply! So, so good.
