Incredible! The place completely demonstrates how we should respect these brave and honourable people whose lives were taken from them. No matter what age they are they still had a life to live but gave it up for their country and to fight for freedom! I am 18 and to think there were soldiers younger than me that had died shook me as these days we all look at life so selfishly and greedily and don't realise that some people didn't have the privaledge to live this long! Quite a large memorial inside the American Cemetary. The large pond in front is very nice and leads to the garden. The large statue in the middle looks interesting. the alcoves on either side shows mititary maps which was also interesting.
