Violot-Guillemard Thierry EARL — Attraction in Beaune

Enjoyed our stay, but wish we hadn't been there during the chaotic harvest period. Estelle was so busy taking care of the pickers and their three meals a day that just to ask her questions seemed to be an imposition, although she did her best. Also, we were unable to use the kitchen or table for our own meals (as we had hoped) until the very last day, because during the rest of the time it was constantly in use for preparation, serving or clean up of the pickers' three meals a day. Local restaurants are closed on improbable days, but Estelle and her staff called around to find us one not too far away that was open, so that was much appreciated. We would stay again, but not at harvest time! PS Their wine...

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights with Estelle and Thierry. Had an amazing time, met really nice people and enjoyed Pommard and the Burgundy region. Definitely would recommend...
