Visited this hidden gem on a Thursday in August while staying in Saint Raphael at a nearby air BNB. The museum was recommended in the guide from tourist office and definitely did not disappoint. The museum exhibitions ranged from paleolithic history to modern day diving. The only downside was that the only English text was a fairly short visitor booklet, but you can't expect everything to be spoonfed. Furthermore, the church tower and crypts were amazing with good views from the top and an amazing insight into the older church beneath the modern day church. I particularly liked the archaeological gardens showing the history of plants in the area in terms of their introductions and use in medicine.
