Happy Green Food Restaurant RawFood Bio & Végétal — Restaurant in Draguignan

It's a tough one to write because the ethos of the restaurant aligns well with mine. But, I went there with the expectation that we could have the raw vegan brunch and were told that it needed to be ordered because it "takes time to juice ". She could not make green juices either, only fruit ones... We selected the raw dish ( I am high raw vegan and prepare so many meals) and it was delicious, BUT smallest quantity ever for 15 euro. Yes raw food is nutritionally incredible but after an 18 hours fast, that was disappointing. Also the ppl who came after us got an extra, A raw cracker . We didn't. It just felt like a rip off and being in the food space myself I would never want anyone to leave my space feeling this way. It is easy to complement the more expensive parts of raw food with salads and extra bits that would make the experience much more satisfying.

This is a common thing within the vegan space , whereby we charge more instead of being competitive to omnivore establishments.

Again, gourmet raw is more elaborate costs more but there are ways to compliment so that is more abundant and then we don't feel that we were robbed of 15 euro. So it was very disappointing sadly. Hooe for improvement...

The vegan food here really is terrific. I was craving lots of vegetables and fruit, as the people I was staying with just ate lots of cured meat and cheese. I had a tasty lunch here, sort of like an avocado toast on sweet potato fries, and asked the owner in my awful French about the chia pudding. Between my French and her English, she offered to make it special for me the next morning, even though she wasn't making it currently. We were very happy with this little gem in Saint Raphaël. The hostess was very friendly and the food is tasty and healthy. You immediately feel very energetic and happy after the meal.
