I can not recommend this park for a couple of reasons. First of all, for what you get, it is very expensive. We got there at opening. At the entrance your bags are checked as you are not allowed to bring any own food or snacks. Then you are greeted with a 8 euro fee to rent a locker. There are a very few dressing rooms so expect to wait. The toilets, even directly after opening, smelled strongly of urine and feces, and during our full day at the park I got to see more feces in unflushed/unflushable bowls than I had previously seen in years. Never once did I see the bathrooms getting a good cleaning, at best I saw the floor scraped with a dry rubber scraper. The waiting lines for the attractions was absolutely horrible, sometimes up to an hour, and this was not because of many visitors, but because of the terribly slow pace in which visitors were allowed to use them. The slides looked empty and unused most of the time. The speed could easily, and just as safely, been tripled. Some attractions with multiple lanes could most of the times be seen using a fraction of the lanes at a time. Also apart from the restaurant area there is absolutely no place to sit down apart from sunbeds that cost 4 euro each to rent. We bought a much overpriced hotdog at a snackstand and had to sit on the ground to eat it. The restaurant food were equally as overpriced. We ate nuggets that was overcooked and the most basic chicken burger, with fries. The pools closed about 30 minutes before the park and we rushed to shower and get dressed. The showers only had cold water and I got to see even more feces so my guess is that the showers never get cleaned aswell. Rest assured we showered at home. Some of my grievances could maybe have been addressed by buying a fast track/VIP pass but for about 100 euros that would almost have doubled the entrance fee. And it is just not worth it, the value just isn't there. At the end of the day, my kids at 9 and 12 managed to have a somewhat good time using mostly the regular pool. But I would much rather have saved the almost 200 euros I spent there and just went to the beach. Its free, much cleaner and you have access to better food...
Read moreWe were here for 2 days and would like to describe about it.
We went at tuesday, the park was not so full and you dont have to wait in the lines.
First, buy your ticket if possible online. I bought from booking.com and get exactly 38 Euro discount for 3 adults and 2 Kids. Not bad. The reception was ok, they were friendly. First step in the park.
"Locker area" There are not too much locker. Big one 10 euros, small one 5 euros. Coins only, you can change your euros at the staff. After placing your luggage now go to changing room.
Hey, where is the hanger?? How i suppose to place my cloth and changing? Ok, i threw it in the floor. The size is good. It s spacey.
We paid 4 euro @ chair for sunbathing. The kids habe fun but because the water is to cold, they gave up. The wave pool was cool. The others ride was ok. At the other side we saw a VIP area with a tent. This area provide more private comfort. 10 euro each. Be sure to ask about it if u want to stay. 4 free drinks too. In the noon we bought burger because it is the only one restaurant open.
After playing, shower room. The shower room was too open, my wife took a shower with a man in the near look at her. Me too, a women was passing by. I thought it should supposed to be more private. It wasn't.
Some people smoked in the park. The security do nothing. They screamed a lot to some kids who want to have fun when they were jumping to pool together.
If this park 1 of the best in europe, they should be ashamed of it. Compared to Waterbom Bali in Indonesia. this is like heaven and hell.
Bali was much greener, but provide space to sunbathing. They sell some waterresistant cover for smartphones so you can swim and selfies or play. There is wide variety of food. The VIP area ( with gazebo) is more expensive about 80 euros, but was very big, many pillow and there is safe for your valuable and private shower. You can order food, and they will bring it to you. The money is digital so you dont need to bring your money. My suggestion they should learn from the other. 2 points because my...
Read moreI really struggled with deciding on a rating for this place.
On the one hand, it’s a pretty nice park! It was clean (as clean as a place like this could be), the food looked good, it seemed like there was a lot of staff ensuring the safety of the visitors, and there was a good selection of attractions.
The problem is, it was SO INCREDIBLY MIND-BLOWINGLY CROWDED, that we barely rode any of the slides: we rode a grand total of one slide in the three hours we spent there. We also went in the wave pool a few times, which we enjoyed. But with waiting times of at least 30+ minutes for every slide, we couldn’t bear to stand around and wait. Standing out in the sun on hot pavement for that long is just not worth the 30 seconds of thrill.
To be fair here, we visited in what I’m sure is the peak season. And the crowdedness is a testament that it’s a pretty nice park. But when I think about the significant amount we paid to get in, and the fact that it was literally impossible to use any of the park’s amenities, I feel a little frustrated, like I received very little value for the money.
Some suggestions: Limit entrance to the park or implement a timed-entrance scheme so paying customers can actually use the park’s attractions Warn people of the seasonal extra long waiting times on the website or at the ticket counter, or, even better Publish live waiting times so people have an idea what to expect and can decide for themselves if it’s worth the entrance fee.
I debated giving 3 stars, but reading through previous reviews, the waiting time issue seems to be well-established, but it doesn’t seem like the park has done much to address it. It’s a shame really, because this place seems like it could be a ton of fun (and. 4 or 5 star place) if only people can use the...
