Wow what a place. White sand, crystal clear water. You can sunbath, play voleyball, go snorkeling, or visit a beach bar. At beach bar you can have a good meal, get some refreshing drinks and chill under bar umbrella in the shade. Locals are very friendly. Childrens are diving from pantoon (ship mooring place). Under pontoon you can see many different colourfull fishes. Further away from the beach you can find sea star on the bottom of the sea. So plenty of things to do with your family, or if you are single. Will return to this location in future 100%!

Cool place and beach (yet a little bit rocky) for snorkeling since the water is very clean and transparent. You can spot turtles, starfish, and fish here if you are lucky, so remember to take your mask and snorkeling equipment. It's a popular stop for tourists, boats, yachts, and catamarans, so people can admire underwater nature. From the cons, there is a problem with parking; you have to leave your car on the main road (not too far away). During the weekend, it can be problematic. Also, toilets cost 20 cents.

Without doubt, this is one of the best (if not the best) beach in Martinique. Located in the stunning village Anses D’Arlet (known for its picture perfect church by the beach), this beach is just before reaching the main part of the village. Grand Anse is a beach where you can take a boat to view the rich aqua life: turtles, protected and monitored by the French national scientific research body (CNRS). The water is turquoise blue and warm and unlike other beaches this one is child friendly (calm).

A lot of pictures here are not from this beach, but from Anse d'Arlet, which is south of this one. It is a big beach with a larger portion of sand to the right. There are a lot of boats in the harbour and it's also a place where you can take water trips. What this beach has is a lot of good restaurants. What it doesn't have is parking places. You have to leave it on the main street where there's a big chance of getting hit by other drivers, especially on the weekend when everyone drinks alcohol and then they...
