I visited this store while awaiting my flight back home and my wife asked me to look for bags for her friend. The sales person Agathe received me and requested to wait while she served another customer who came before. They then closed the store for new customers to ensure they give the maximum attention to the ones inside. Once the previous customer left, Agathe attended to me. Our initial thoughts were just to explore and see the bags but we were not sure if wanted to buy. She brought the bags I wanted to see and explained the different features and differences inside & out. We then did a video call with my wife & her friend and Agathe enthusiastically explained the differences between the bags and she gave her recommendations. It was quite a long call and Agathe made it interesting by being friendly and constantly ensuring our questions were answered. She was able to convince us on the best choice for us and once we decided to buy one bag, due to her exceptional service, we ended up buying another bag and we were quite happy with both. She then embossed the initials on the bags and showed us the process while she did it. She then gave us the bags in beautiful packing together with a lovely gift. My overall experience with Agathe's sales approach was amazing. She is such an asset to the store. It was a memorable experience for me and my wife & friend only because of Agathe's dedication, friendliness and enthusiasm.

Read moreMy wife and I had the VERY BEST experience at the LV store in CDG Terminal 1 today. We had Louann as our sales associate. She was helpful without being pushy and suggesting different colors of items that we had not considered. We had slight problem locating a boarding pass and she was very helpful solving the problem even though it was beyond what would expect from a sales associate. Also, she offered us a drink when we arrived and, as mentioned, was quite helpful with the selection process of the items we ultimately purchased. She was able to provide us with boxes to ensure the items arrived in a perfect condition.
While she was helping us, there was a Very Rude customer that was attempting to interfere during our transaction. Louann mentioned to her 4-5 times that another associate would help her when they became available. Still the rude customer continued to hassle Louann. Louann maintained her professional manner dealing with this difficult, interfering person.
When our sale was completed she graciously offered to carry our purchases to our departure gate. This was above what I have experienced at other shops of this caliber.
I would hope that LV management would ensure that Louann would be moved to a higher position in the company as she represents the best in ensuring a positive sales experience and is able to deal with challenging (rude/entitled) customers in a professional manner.

Read moreWe are quite happy with our purchases. However, the service was beyond ridiculous. The Asian man at the front door greeting was quite arrogant and rude. He didn't acknowledge me or my wife. Then he starts having a conversation with a colleague. When asked for help had the audacity to put his hands up to my eye level and said he is with someone and he'll be with me in minute. When I questioned the fact that he was talking to a colleague and not a customer he became agitated and walked away. A few seconds later he returned to assist us and I asked that we be served by someone else. We were later served by a great associate I believe his name was Dieago. Although, a poor experience at start, it was turned around. No attempt was even made by the Asian associate to apologize. For a luxury store, some basic customer service training would benefit the greeter...
