Franqui beach — Attraction in Narbonne

This is predominantly a windsurfer or kite surfer’s beach as often very windy. There is a boardwalk however so you can walk. We couldn’t swim as the sea was too rough but when it’s calm you can swim as it’s sandy underfoot and shallow. Dogs on the beach despite signs saying no dogs spoil the beach as there is poop to avoid. Lovely views one end other end wind farm.
