We had a lovely afternoon here. We were biking by and initially tried to visit at 12:30, but discovered they were closed until later. We came back and enjoyed a self guided tour through their caves with their detailed brochure. It was fascinating to see the vats, machinery, and process of making the wine. It was definitely cool in the cave, so bring a jacket. Afterwards they happily let us try several different wines. We were impressed with their knowledge of the wines and the region and learned a lot. It was a wonderful environment without any pressure to buy, but after sampling such a variety we bought our favorites and carried them on our bikes with the intention of drinking them tonight and coming back in the car to buy more...
