Tranquil, elegant, and beautifully maintained. These gardens offer a much calmer experience compared to the main palace grounds. It makes a perfect place for a peaceful walk. They’re not as vast as the main Versailles gardens, but that’s part of their charm – more intimate and easier to take in.

Loved these gardens, which were my favorite landscaping and design of an outdoor space so far on my trip to France. Go for a stroll around the beautiful cottages and gardens. It was even fun to see some of the hedge trimming in action!

Much less busy than the gardens near the palace of Versailles. Great photo opportunities without the crowd. Unlike the Versaille gardens, the Gardens of the Grand Trianon are included with your ticket (and the Paris Museum Pass).
