Kennedy Park — Attraction in Aachen

This is a fantastic place for people of all ages, from young children to older kids. It's perfect for playing and training. The location is excellent, with events like bouncy castles happening from time to time. You can easily access it from the main station if you board at Rothe Erde, which also has trains to Cologne. In the summer, the meadow is vibrant with life, games, and barbecues. It's a GREAT PLACE! An interesting aspect is that there are ancient remains that suggest there might have been a temple there. Which deities were worshipped at that site? Does anyone have more information...

The park is good for a morning run or just strolling in the day... For kids there are some swings where they could play... For runners, entire circle around the park is about 750m-800m.

But the park also has dirty chairs, trash thrown here and there by some homeless alcoholics... Since this is not a very posh area of the town, certain level of homelessness is visible here, with which addiction is to be expected.
