BOSS Outlet — Attraction in Gemeindeverwaltungsverband Metzingen

I come from the UK to this store every year and there is a good selection of hugo boss pieces at a very competitive price. I met a super helpful sale assistant I recall he was from the Middle est, really really helpful and polite. To the contrary the store manager, a blonde lady which is there every year is quite rude, every time you’d ask her something she’d say that is not available and had a bad attitude in general in all the occasions I visited. I could see that she had a different behaviour with local people and quite smiley with them. I won’t let this preventing me to visit the store but definitely store owners should look at the behaviour of certain employees and train them on customer service. All customers should be treated with equal respect specially when we come to spend our money...

The store is great, most of the products are very exclusive, because it never actually went to regular production. I really need to contact the colleagues who work there, but i can't find any way to do that! Is there any email I could use...

Schade, aber das neue Boss Areal ist vorwiegend nur noch für Männer ausgelegt. Die Damen Abteilung ist dermaßen geschrumpft... Ich habe eine Mitarbeiterin gefragt, ob das alles ist, sie sagte ja. Eine andere Kundin, die das mitbekommen hat, sagte dann zu ihrem Mann: wir können gehen, ist nur das hier. Die Kleiderauswahl ist sehr begrenzt. Soll heißen, nicht nur ich empfinde den neuen Boss mehr als mager. BOSS Orange gibt es offensichtlich nicht mehr. Preis Leistung habe ich mittlerweile Breuninger-Niveau. Leider kann ich BOSS nichts mehr empfehlen, lohnt sich nicht...
