Positives - large and spacious Hugo Boss outlet with plenty of things to choose from. The shop itself is pleasant, because unlike most shops that are narrow and crowded, this one has plenty of space to look around and see what they actually offer. The selection was really good, I left with a new jacket, sneakers, bracelet and underwear.

Another great thing is that the shop has inside their own and unique Boss coffee shop. So you can have a pause and get some delicious cakes and coffee. There is also a toilet.

Lastly, despite many customers inside we didn't have to wait a long time for the cashier, they had plenty of them

I was just trying to use my corporate discount and this clerk treated me as I'm a beggar. Not trying to comply on my request and keep saying 2-shirts $20 off discount is in when corporate discount is clearly cheaper option. Word-by-word he said this

"Do you understand? AKTION, AKTION“ "Yeah yeah, it’s 15 Euro difference, whatever“

The store is super large and everything is everywhere. I was looking for men’s tshirts and it was spread out to all store so hard to compare the quality or price of the items. And also a little misleading, saw a table with filled with tshirts mostly and 2 shorts. On the table it was saying buy 2 get 20% off, I thought it was for everything on that small table but the clerk told me it was only valid for shorts. The prices are not reasonable but if you like the brand, absolutely metzingen store is the one you need to visit. And also I thought they give the tax back at the check out because they have a separate desk but the guy only gave us the stamped paper...
