I bought a wrap at their Metzingen outlet last Friday. It costs €3.95 and I paid with €10 banknote. The cashier lady gave me back only €1.05 as she thought I gave her only €5. At that time I immediately complained and told her I had given her €10 but she didn't believe me. Then she called her colleague and told abt this case. The colleague explained to me that they must first calculate everything during closing that day and reported everything to the head office. They took my phone number and promised me they would call me on Monday. On Tuesday, I went back and asked again since nobody called me on Monday. They said there has been no updates yet from the head office and asked me to wait again..I don't know how long I must wait since I will move to another city soon. Read moreIch bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in dieser Bäckerei. Ich hatte etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt und wollte meiner Familie, die im Sitzbereich saß, nur kurz Bescheid geben, dass ich fertig bin und wir die Bäckerei verlassen können. Doch anstatt mir diese einfache Geste zu ermöglichen, wurde ich von einer Mitarbeiterin auf äußerst unhöfliche Weise darauf hingewiesen, dass ich den Sitzbereich nicht betreten dürfe, da ich zum Mitnehmen bestellt hatte.
Diese Annahme war völlig unbegründet, da ich keinerlei Absicht hatte, mich dort hinzusetzen oder sonst wie gegen die Regeln zu verstoßen. Der Ton und die Art und Weise, wie ich darauf hingewiesen wurde, waren schlichtweg unangemessen und haben mir den Aufenthalt gründlich verdorben.
Kundenfreundlichkeit sollte in einer Bäckerei selbstverständlich sein – leider habe ich das hier vermisst. Ich werde mir gut überlegen, ob ich hier noch einmal...
