Nightmare, the concert was ok but everything else not! the concert Hall doesn't have enough toilets so the queues are huge. Very violent, unfriendly and rude staff - especially security! But the worst was the the single entrance and exit of the main parking. There is ONLY one tiny exit. We waited around 30 min in a traffic to get inside and more than 70 min! (Yes, over an hour) to get out of the parking. And the concert was only half full. I don't want to imagine how long one has to wait when the concert full ist. Meanwhile they locked up the building and of course the toilets and we waited over an hour with children in the cold and no toilets after the concert! It seems the concert hall management doesn't care at all about the comfort of the visitors. They just cash the money but leave the people waiting in the cold for hours before and after the event! Dear Management - it cannot be so difficult to negotiate a few exits for the parking with the authorities. And of course to leave the shops and toilets open while the visitors wait for hours and hours on the car parking. But it's just not worth it to go there, there are much better concert halls with better organisation and friendlier...

Inside of the Arena loos really nice, the seats were a bit tight but okey. What didn't fit nice with me was that we were in the Arena over 12h to see the playoff att a big tournument and we oblygt had the food at the Arena to go for. The food was SO BAD. Like i cant even campare to anything. Not only that it was bad but ut was so fricking expansive! A cold and dry burger for 90euro is crazy. A total disaster! 2 cup of water costs us 15euro where the cups cost 3euro eatch that we could get back after drinking our water. The problem here is that all the places except 2 were closed when the matches was over so we had to stand in que to return our cups. 40min que!!! Ppl gave up and other ppl just took thoer cups and gave to friends standing in que. This is a disaster!!!!!! I hope they rethink att last thier foodchoses och dont treat 15k ppl like animals...

Also war alles grundsätzlich schlecht geplant.

I visited it first time of whole my life and it was Linkin Park concert "From zero", can you imagine How great I was feeling at that night? It is unforgettable experience ! September 2024, 0,5L of beer costs here 7euro and +3euro for the cup (if you return it, they will send your 3 EUR to your card), toilet was for free. You can't bring here back bag or some other medium or big bag, or drink or even water, but they have wheelchair friendly entrance from the back side, here is parking nearby, but I didn't find information if it is for free. The stadium is really big and here is very good acoustic and ventilation even with closed roof. I definitely recommend concerts here, I don't know if some sport events are great here. Music should live forever!

Arena location is bad, as there are not many hotels or restaurants around. Seats have cup holders which is really nice but the size of the seats are pretty bad for people with longer legs and it feels like you are squashed like a can of sardines. Food was amazing, it's junk food but they have a lot of varieties (pizza, currywurst, ice cream, donuts, fries, fried fish) and some vegan options too. It was all delicious and generally the staff was ok, except for the people serving food and drink. They took a long time to fill up drinks and some staff were begging so much for tips, that they ended up not charging for the actual food you were trying to buy. Maybe pay your employees more? Other than that it's a good venue

I visited the Volksparkstadion for the Eras Tour concert, and it was an incredible experience. The stadium hosted over 70,000 people, yet everything was impressively well-organized. From crowd management to entry and exit procedures, everything ran smoothly despite the massive turnout. The venue itself is spacious and well-maintained, with excellent acoustics that made the concert even more enjoyable. The seating arrangements and view of the stage were great, and the facilities were clean and accessible. Overall, it’s a fantastic venue for large-scale events, and my experience there was nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend it for concerts or other major events!
