Entrance 3 euro / adult. it is a one large steel hangar where you can witness the history of trams and buses in Munich. from horses to modern trams all is there. some of the rooms show you the work and maintenance station from the 40's and 50's and there's plenty of simulators to try, you can see the inside of some of them and there's also a cinema to watch some videos related to the history of trams. Staff very friendly and gave me good knowledge about the trams. I visited the museum on the 1st of October, there was a competition between groups presenting their arts and small monuments and trying to build small towns with trains on remote control. Staff were incredibly passionate and knowledgable about the trams and I enjoyed chatting with them about the trams. A very kind gentleman even opened one up and let me ring the bell :D highlight of my year!!! Giftshop had an ecclectic mix of items was tempted to get a tram sign but didnt think I could take it with me on the train back to England very easily :( they offer free rides in old buses and trams to the city centrw in certain days which is well worth...

It's a relatively small museum and has a limited but nice display of old trams and buses. I especially loved the Ubahn driving simulation. Not many attractive souvenirs to choose from, I wish they would have models with better variety and more affordable.
