Sidar — Restaurant in Munich

We were a group of 10 people. The owner and a female employee, who spoke only Turkish, greeted us. They took our orders without writing anything down. Some drinks never arrived, some starters never arrived, and we had to get up and remind them. The owner said there was no ayran; he could make it, but it would take too long. I ordered a non-alcoholic beer, which never came, so I went to the bar to ask for it. The owner took out and poured into a glass a 5% alcoholic beer, insisting it was the non-alcoholic one. He was very surprised when I pointed out the percentage on the bottle. We sat for 1.5 hours waiting for our food, and then the waitress came and, using a translator, asked us what main dishes we had ordered. Seeing our outrage, she said it was only to confirm. We decided to leave. The owner shouted after us that everything was fresh, that's why it takes so much time, and we should go to McDonald's if we don't like the waiting. Then they brought two main dishes, but expecting the same mess as with the other orders, we decided we had no patience left and went somewhere else, even though it was already late. We suspect the owner was quite drunk, as he confused simple facts and couldn’t remember orders. Terrible chaos. High prices. For what? Strongly not...

A Friday night dinner, it got more complicated than it should have. We arrived at the place at 19:50 approxxiandamenre, we were served kindly and then we waited 1 and 15 minutes for the food to be served. I understand that preparing the food takes time, but 75 minutes is a long time, and the place was not full.

They forgot our starters, then the bill had an error of 22 euros too much.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but for the amount of customers there were and what happened there is no other explanation than chaos and disorganization.

Es gibt keine worte für diesen Betreiber. Ich war hinter den Kulissen (in der Küche) jeder der da essen möchte sollte es sich dreimal überlegen, bittet den Inhaber euch die Küche und die Tiefkühltruhe zeigen zu dürfen da vergeht euch der Appetit. Das Tiefkühl Fisch und Fleisch was schon gefrierbran hat wird in der Mikrowelle aufgetaut demendsprechen schaut es beim servieren aus. Hygiene wird da nicht große geschrieben, essen wird zubereitet ohne handschuhe, es wird in der Küche graucht. Die Holzbretter auf dem das essen serviert wird sind verschimmelt durch freuchtigkeit da sie nass aufeinander gestapelt werden. Der Grill ist seid Monaten nicht geputzt worden und am nächsten Tag wird bestimmt wider weitergemacht auf dem selben dreckigen grill. Dem Athen und Redensweise nach, meiner Meinung nach ist der betreiber mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit Alkoholisiert, die von Aldi gekauften Produkte werden in der Verpackung zubereitet, das Hackfleisch wird direkt in der Schale zubereitet sobald die Folie abgerissen wird, erst nach dem würzen merkt er das da noch die Folie wo die Feuchtigkeit aufgsaugt noch drunter liegt. Das sagt schon alles. Nach mehr als eine Stunde warte Zeit bekommt man sein essen nicht gleichzeitig am den Tisch, obwohl keine Kundschaft da ist. Mit der Aussage die Kundschaft kann warten da es Abend ist und die Zeit mitbringen müssen. Meine Empfehlung überzeugt euch selbst davon, vor allem zuerst was ihr bestellt z.b ob ihr wirklich einen hochwertigen Wein bekommt oder ob ihr ein billigen zwei euro Wein vom Aldi eingeschenkt bekommt und den fünfachen Preis zahlen müsste.
