Superfly München — Attraction in Munich

Nice place for kids, teens and adults as well but the organisation needs more work. Firstly one who is coming just for a day really shouldnt require a registration or even someone booking for a party. Registrations make sense only for regular members. It gets pretty full, thats good but the service goes haywire. They are short staffed and visitors without a party are refused pizza though u see all around u birthday tables being served with Pizza. At just 11am they are out of milk so no coffee etc, out of pizza and nachos are being served with just one dip although it shows 2 a d they are open from 10 to 20pm!!! I have been here twice, once with a party and once without and both times the service was disappointing. Request to organisers of Superfly, make adequate arrangement of staff and please see to it u r not out of food and drinks and guests are not denied stuff just because the staff is feeling under pressure and they would rather skip making one pizza. It not only spoils the mood but also plz think...if ppl are there spending 2 or 3 hrs, where are they gonna eat and whats the use of a restaurant there!! Also, the socks we got were def not new so 2.90€ for used socks is not nice!!! :( photo attached! Would actually be nice if the socks and the bands are available for rent as well...

But I must add here that on talking about it with the responsible person there they heard the complaint calmly and the food n drink was offered gratis as compensation for the inconvinience caused. Thank you and I hope we or anyone else would not have to face this again and these problems would be...

We had birthday party there for 10 Girl age 11/12 About party: Price - 30€ (premium) I think this is kind of standard for Munich comparing to others. What we got - 1 donat, some sweets, more less half pizza for each and unlimited water and apple juice ( this was really good ), kids ware thirsty. Parents can get one hot drink. Event- 30 min before jumping you can use to prepare , wear socks, get some drink and sweets. 90 min jumping , and after jumping you get pizza. If you brought your own cake you don’t have much time to eat it, cause you either do it before jumping - kind of risky… or straight after eating pizza. Advantage for SuperFly- no limit for amount of ppl ( max arena - limit 6 kids ) Place - comparing to Munich Airhop/Maxarena. This is not the biggest place but it has most of different things to try so I think this is really cool. Even if you have many kids, they are spread around so not that crowded. Very clean place, and well maintained. in few places ventilators to cool down - big plus. Service- Team is really friendly and helpful. During party they served us very well. Maybe check in could be faster - In case more ppl are waiting to gen in, you should get more staff on front door.

Summary - definitely worth to try, to be able to compare to others. Tip for parents coming to bday party - take your sport cloths and jump with kids...

Wir haben bei Superfly den Kindergeburtstag unserer Tochter gefeiert.

Zum Sachverhalt:

Wir kamen an mit insgesamt 13 Kinder und jeweils einen Elternteil Begleitung. Am Empfang hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, wir haben uns registriert, dann an der Kasse bezahlt und vom Wartebereich zum Tisch begleitet. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns die Box mit den Socken und Bänder überreicht, daraufhin haben wir uns hin gesetzt. Der größte Teil der Begleitpersonen haben sich in dem vorgesehenen Bereich in der Mitte hingesetzt. Die Kinder haben vom sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Eingang zur Trampolinfläche eine detaillierte und Kindergerechte Einweisung erhalten.

Jetzt zum Kernproblem:

Irgendwann im laufe des Tages im Restaurant Bereich wollte die unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin Namens „Emilia“ uns den Tag mit ihrer negativen Einstellung vermiesen. (Ihren Namen hat sie uns genannt als wir wissen wollten wie sie heist, aber es ist auch denkbar dass sie uns einen falschen Namen durch gegeben hat! Der Zeitraum war 05.01.23 Abends).

Es wurde ganz frech behauptet, dass wir eine zu große Gruppe seien und das wir dies nicht angekündigt hätten, was eigentlich überhaupt nicht stimmte. Es sei ebenfalls nicht möglich bei Superfly für so viele Personen zu buchen war ihre Aussage. Wir haben uns vor ca. 2 Monaten erkundigt wie der ganze Prozess abläuft. Uns wurde bei der Buchung mitgeteilt im Falle wenn mehr Kinder teilnehmen sollten, dass wir anrufen und die Anzahl jederzeit erhöhen können. Dies haben wir selbstverständlich gemacht, da alles vorbereitet werden muss und wir für unsere 6 jährige Tochter diesen schönen Tag nicht einfach den Zufall überlassen wollten. Also wenn das mal kein Widerspruch in sich ist, dann weis ich auch nicht weiter. Auf der einen Seite ist es nicht möglich für so viele Personen zu buchen und auf der anderen Seite kann man im Nachhinein beliebig die Anzahl erhöhen. Da läuft doch etwas gewaltig schief mit der Organisation oder die Emilia hat mit der Behauptung gelogen.

„Emilia“ das nichts mit Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kinderfreundlichkeit an diesem Tag am Hut hatte, war so der maßen respektlos und hat mit ihren unfreundlichen Ton ein Teil meiner Gäste gemaßregelt und keine Alternative geboten bezüglich den Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ein Teil meiner Gäste musste sich zwei mal umsetzen, weil sie sich fälschlicherweise auf die freien Geburtstagstische, die nicht mehr nachbesetzt wurden, sich hin gesetzt haben. Das dies nicht erlaubt ist konnten die Gäste nicht wissen, aber dies sollte in einem respektvollen und höflichen Ton kommuniziert werden. Es hat uns wirklich zutiefst verletzt so behandelt zu werden und es grenzte schon an Schikane.

Emilia nimm diese Kritik an und Versuch es zu verinnerlichen und ändere bitte deinen Umgang mit den Kunden. Ja es mag sein das der ein oder andere sich nicht so verhält wie du dir das so vorstellest, aber immer schön höflich und respektvoll bleiben. Versetz dich mal in die Lage des anderen und wenn einer mit dir darüber reden möchte, dann lass die Gegenseite ausreden.

Wir haben nichts desto trotz einen tollen Geburtstag gefeiert und die Kinder haben sich riesig gefreut. Da lassen wir uns die Freude nicht so...
