War gestern mit ner Gruppe Behinderter bei Guanna Nannini‐--- war super dass die Rollifahrer Vorang hatten u erst bei Konzertbeginn die Besucher mit Behinderung u Ohne Rolli zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten behommen haben. Viele der Rollifahrer od Eingeschränkten Konzertbesucher hatten Betreuer an ihrer Seite. Wir fanden es sehr schade dass unten im Arenabereich Getränke verkauft wurden durch MA die durch Menge gegangen sind aber oben im Behindertenbereich kamm niemand vorbei. Oft ists aber so dass die Begleitperson beim Bezteuten sein muß u so gestaltet sich der Gezränkenachschub als schwierig. Das andere Manko war am Konzertende dass über den Zugang zum Behindertenbereich auch die " normalen" Besucher beim Konzertende das Gelände verlassen konnten. Da ist dann leider für eine Gruppe mit Behinderten od auch mit Rollifahrern extrem stressig weil man kaum Platz hat. Schön wäre es wen man da dann vorrangig die Leute/ Gruppen mit Beeinträchtigung den Vorrang gibt . Generell war aber das Personal im Behindertenbereich sehr sehr zuvorkommend u hat auch Hilfe angeboten......bis auf die Kleinigkeiten hatten wir mit 2 Rollifahrern u 2 Gehbehindeeten ( mot Rollator) ein tolles Erlebnis ( bis auf die paar...
