It takes like 15-20 mins to get to the lighthouse from the start of the pier, but the views are amazing. You'll see some boat activity during the day and a nice and clean 360 view of what's in front. There are no benches for resting during the walk, but the wall is not to high and you can sit down there. Perfect place for timelapses!

If you want to see the the lighthouse from far it is ok, but it is close so you cannot get close to this place, there are not signs to let you know that, so after 15 min walk you get there and you realize that it is closed for construction! To bad!

Rügen, l'illa més gran d'Alemanya. Des dels emblemàtics penya-segats de guix del Parc Nacional de Jasmund fins a platges de sorra, l'illa ofereix un paisatge divers perquè els amants de la natura es delectin. Molts artistes han vingut aquí en el passat per donar via lliure. a la seva creativitat. Els penya-segats de guix van inspirar un dels pintors més famosos d'Alemanya: Caspar David Friedrich. A la imatge es veu el far de Sassnitz, un far marítim que ha guiat els mariners a través del mar Bàltic des de la seva creació l'any 1905. Tot i que el gel pot estar cobrint la costa, el far encara està dempeus, congelat com s'ha acabat, il·luminant una llum perquè els vaixells puguin navegar.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal, eher zufällig, im Urlaub auf Rügen. Daher kannte ich die Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht und musste mich auf Tipps aus dem Netz verlassen. Wie auch hier, den Leuchtturm habe ich mal bei Benjamin Jaworskyj gesehen und da er nicht weit von der Fewo war bin ich halt in der Früh hingefahren. 1,5 km die Mole entlang an den Fischern vorbei, die müde und ungläubig auf Menschen mit Stativ schauen. Einmal angekommen fand ich es schwer, die richtige Komposition zu finden aber am Ende bin ich als Hobbyfotograf dennoch zufrieden. Wolken wären schön gewesen.

Der Hafen Sassnitz auf der Insel Rügen. Berühmt geworden als Umschlagsplatz für die Gasleitungen für die Nordstream 1 und 2. Der Hafen selber ist Ausgangspunkt für Fähren, Fischerboote und ist auch Liegeplatz eines DGzRS-Schiffes. Ein Besuch des Hafens lohnt. Es gibt div. kleine Läden, Cafés, Restaurants und man kann sogar frisch vom Kutter seine Fischbrötchen bekommen. Ein Parkhaus ist jetzt vorhanden, nachdem freie Parkflächen erheblich eingeschränkt wurden. Von hier kann man, wer möchte, über eine Hochfußgängerbrücke in die Oberstadt gehen.

Super calm and relaxed place, despite the crushing waves on the sea side. But the place right behind the lighthouse is just majestic: no wind, no waves, no sound, purely idyllic
