Slechte klantenservice/bad customer service Na 5 dagen werden de bestelde schoenen in de verkeerde maat geleverd( besteld 46 geleverd 44 2/3 hetgeen ook duidelijk te zien is als je de order en vrachtbrief naast elkaar legt). Zelfde dag nog geretourneerd op eigen kosten en contact opgenomen. Contact kan alleen in het Engels(toch apaet voor een .nl website) en weigeren inhoudelijk te reageren op de klacht. Willen retour niet vergoeden ondanks duidelijk bewijs voor het feit dat het hun fout is. Na 3,5 weken eindelijk aanschaf bedrag terug maar voorlopig de retour niet vergoed. Dus zolang alles goed gaat vast leuk maar langzaam bedrijf en als er iets mis is krijg je te maken met een waardeloze klantenservice die helemaal niks voor je doet. Ik heb geen moeite met fouten maar wel met een bedrijf dat zijn fouten niet wil bekijken of toegeven. Eens maar nooit meer dus. Returned the same day at my own expense and contacted customer service. Contact is only possible in English (bit odd for a .nl website) and refuse to respond to the complaint in terms of content. Do not want to reimburse the return despite clear evidence that it is their fault. After 3.5 weeks finally recieved the purchase amount back but for now the return is not reimbursed. So as long as everything goes well, it is probably a nice but slow webshop and if something goes wrong you will have to deal with a worthless customer service that does nothing for you. I have no trouble with mistakes, but I do have problems with a company that does not want to view or admit its mistakes. Once but never again. Update: You keep repeating the same thing time after time. I recieved the correct item in a size I didn't order. I provided prove of both things using pictures of your own shipping order and the confirmatian of the order I placed but somehow it's not the proof that you need(I didn't realise at the time that the rules are made by Keller and that I have to do what you say when you make a mistake like I was working for you and not a customer). You keep refusing to look into the provided proof or admit that you indeed sent the wrong size. Thanks for nothing and your reaction over here means as much to me as the other standard replies you sent me on my e-mail. On the pictures I provided you can clearly see your mistake. Buyers beware!
