They are rising the prices and it is quite expensive for what it is. In the last month there was not a single day in which all elevators work at the same time. Internet is bad and spotty. The residence is in the middle of nowhere, closest supermarket is 15-20 minutes away by foot and campus is over 30; truth be told, much less by foot, but you can get from the city center to campus in 15 minutes by bus. The hausmeister doesn't speak a single word of English, so good luck if your german is not fluid. When I arrived my room was a mess, I had no matress, the chair was broken and the hausmeister was nowhere to be found, I had to book an hotel room sitting on the floor. Everything was dirty and every sink full of kalk. The gym may as well not exist. Booking the kitchen costs 50€ and the kitchen in the dorm is the worst I've ever seen: a small stove from the 80s...

Very good location for students. Busses are very frequent from this place. But there ain't any shopping markets very nearby, nearest is the Netto malen discount after prinzennwier lake which is more than one Kilometer from the student dormitory. Regarding the dorm, the rooms are quite good for one student. There are family apartments also available, for very cheap prices. The view from the top floor is very nice. The prices are very reasonable compared to private accommodations...

Family apartments are not really clean but have a nice plan. They are suitable for a small family of 2 or 3 people. The lication is fantastic and you can enjoy the nice walking path which goes through the woods. Facilities like gym, copy machine, reading rooms and laundry...
