Dishonest! I bought a camera for a special gift at Store Leica Bologna, but those who received it already had a very similar one. After 2 days from my purchase, I called the shop to request the return and they reassured me asking me to go to the store after the summer reopening ( 11 days later). There the surprise! "Sorry, but the store's policy does not include the return of the money, only the exchange of goods". It is a pity that there is no article of equal value in the shop and that I should add at least other TWOTHOUSENDFIVEHUNDRED EUROS to the expense!
