This was my second favourite beach on Mykonos. You get what you pay for at Paralia Ftelias (and you pay nothing, it's free). This was a big plus for us because we wanted to escape the €5 million Euro cost for beach access seemingly everywhere across the island. It features soft sand, crystal blue waters and it's not the busiest beach, either. There are no sunbeds or parasols, which was fine for me, although I know some visitors want this. There is a bar/club on one side of the beach that blasts music so it sort of feels like you're part of a beach club at times. Some may not want the music, but I enjoyed it in the background. If you choose to go there, beware, it's incredibly expensive.

There will be some debris (thanks to the humans) on the beach - as it is not maintained. There is a club very close by - for the drinks and food.
Be sure to carry own sheets to sit on the beach - there are no beds or any...
