Yes the beach where the beach bars are is clean, however if you walk up and down the beach you soon find rubbish and lots of it. There seems to be areas where the fishermen just leave thier rubbish. One downside is a lot of rocks at the entrance to the sea. However, they are not too sharp, so it's not really a huge problem. And there are many "entrance points" where they had put sand bags on which you can walk while entering the sea.
