Worst food I have ever had in Greece. We made an order around 22:00 of two burritos, soft shell tacos, and nachos. The estimated delivery time kept changing, eventually the food finally was delivered at 12:40 (almost three hours later). The food arrived warm, but it was obviously reheated. It was super soggy, like soaking wet almost, and looked like it had been left unrefrigerated for a day. The food was disgusting, texturally really soggy and gross, and tasted very bland. This is nothing like real Mexican or Cuban food. Not to mention the prices are astronomical for Greece, let alone the horrible quality of the food. We spent around €40-€50 for a meal we couldn't even eat. Looked up the other reviews of this place that have recently mentioned getting food poisoning from this place due to health code violations. DO NOT EAT HERE!

EDIT: The food being delivered late is clearly not the biggest issue. The quality of the food was simply really bad. If it arrived three hours later but was of good quality and satisfying, I would have understood and not complained. The delivery driver obviously received a very big tip for working on this busy day. Really, the bad quality of the food and it's high price is the biggest problem. If i'm paying, I expect a business to be able to manage orders and perform basic services, otherwise I might as well go into their kitchen and...

Oh dear, a wasted night in Thessaloniki :( I can only assume the the excellent reviews are from people who have never eaten Mexican food before. The food was tasteless and bland. Chilli con carne with no chilli? It was stodgy and cold. The corn smelled and tasted rancid. 500ml of wine 10 euro and Margaritas the same price as an up market bar rather than a restaurant. €35 for 500ml?? For a family of 4 adults it would have been €40 just to have a Margarita each!!! When booking a table be aware of lots of steps, this was not mentioned when booking, so if you have mobility problems, book with caution.

The building is an old house which looks like it could do with a good clean, especially toilets and doors, the director style chairs need replacing, and more attention to cleanliness in general. My daughter's wine glass had lipstick on it, she sent it back and her replacement was either the same one or another with lipstick on! We cleaned it. The waiters had an over familiar attitude which may be 'cute' for some but not for us. We also waited a very long time to pay the bill. Not a pleasant night out and we paid more than we normally do for this experience. ...

I waited for about an hour for my food, and when it was finally delivered, they gave me the wrong order (I ordered a burrito and nachos, and they gave me two burritos). I called to inform them about the situation, and they apologized, saying they would deliver the nachos as well. I then waited for close to another hour for them to deliver the nachos. By this point, the food was already cold and sweating, so I ate it, thinking there was no way they would ask for it back since so much time had passed and it had been opened When they came to deliver the nachos, they asked for the food back. I was appalled and deeply disappointed by this request. Not only is it extremely unprofessional to ask for food back after such a long delay, but it is also a health code violation to take back opened food with the intention of giving it to someone else. This situation was disgusting and unacceptable. I am incredibly dissatisfied with their service and the complete disregard for basic health standards.
