Very beautiful beach, it’s a pitty that there are no stricter rules for people, who come with their towels.

My partner and I spent a whole day here and rented sunbeds for 20 Euros. We arrived at 9 and had the whole beach for ourselves for 1.5 hours and it was amazing. Afterwards crowds of people appeared, and everything was ruined. Those people had literally no shame in putting their towels all over your sunbed. Because of that, we could not move our beds as the sun’s position changed, so basically one of the sunbeds was constantly in the sun, while strangers were happily lying in the shades of our umbrella. From this perspective, we felt like renting a pair of sunbeds was a waste of money.

My advice: don’t waste your 20 Euros for this beach, better go to the neighboring one (Wolf Rocks Beach). There, they have better regulations and your personal space...

Xigia Pelagaki beach is a nice, stony beach with lovely views. However, I feel that it is quite overrated for what it is. We came here at 10 am and it was busy already. The parking was free but it was very hard to find a space and getting there was not for the faint-hearted. There was a very steep and narrow road leading to the beach. Getting out was even worse as it got very busy and driving up the hill was a challenge as only one car could pass through the cars and quads that were parked on both sides of the road. When we managed to get out of the parking area, we noticed parked cars on the main road and I wish we had done that to save ourselves a lot of stress. We spent a few hours here and that was more...

Most spectacular beaches in Greece🇬🇷⛱ For anyone who missed out in stories, here’s a summary of our absolute favorite beaches and ones you simply can’t miss on your summer trip to Greece. Our itinerary took us from Zakynthos (Zante) to Milos, then Santorini and finally Mykonos (coming soon to stories). The first three islands where the highlight from a “beach” perspective, which is why I’ve summarized the absolute MUSTS in this post. I’ll cover each in more detail in upcoming posts. 💾 Save and Follow for more travel content✈️😘 1️⃣ZAKYNTHOS: > Navagio (shipwreck beach) > Plakaki > Korakonisi > Xigia beach > Porto Limnionas > Mizithres / Keri beach 2️⃣MILOS : > Firopotamos > Mandrakia > Sarakiniko > Papafragkas > Firiplaka > Tsigrado 3️⃣SANTORINI : > Ammoudi bay > Red beach Let me know in the comments 💬: where you would go? which was your favorite? 📍: Plakaki, Zakynthos 🇬🇷 #bucketlisttravel #sarakiniko #zakynthos #milosisland #visitcyclades #beautifulcyclades #topgreecephoto #discover_greece_ #greece_moments #igersgreece #bestplaces_greece #coupleswhotravel #creativetravelcouples #couplestravelgoals #soultravel #viralreels #bestworldplaces #blacktraveljourney #theblacktravelclub #blacktravelfeed #santorin #welltravelled #milos #dreamdestination #trendingnow #highonlife #postcardplaces #welltravelled #luxuryworldtraveller

Beautiful pebble beach to stop off at and enjoy the beauty all around. It's a step decline down to the car park, and a steep walk down to the cafe, as well as steep steps down to the pebble beach. Worth the walk though! The sound of the pebbles being washed in and out by the tide was lovely to listen to. I'd enjoy a meditation here if I returned. There is a cafe halfway down that offer a shower for €1, and a toilet break for 50c. Wear decent shoes such as crocs, trainers you don't mind getting wet, or swimming shoes as the stones could get uncomfortable underfoot. Enjoy the beauty of this beach!
