When the product arrived it was in a terrible condition and I was shocked to see the lack in quality for the amount of money we paid. The wires looked old, the bonnet lock was broken, metal parts were rusted, scratches everywhere. There was no user manual too. The smouldered wire from the wheel was disconnected and we contacted the shop for retuen. Their attitude was even worse than the product and they never accepted any return or replacement. They wanted us to smoulder it ourself as if we are having all the tools for the same. They later arranged someone from urban company who thought he was coming to repair a switch board and had to come another day for the same. After the repair the shop refused to pay the staff citing it was our fault that the person had to come a second day. They arranged a video call for "assistance" but we had to wait a long time for the guy to even reply to our call. Their reply was "are you so cheap that you cant pay even 600?" in a very arrogant way. The guy even hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation and refused to pick up again and I had to call from another number disguising as anew customer. In the end they paid 300 after a lot of arguing. Im currently planning to sue them in consumer court. PS: Do not fall for the high google ratings. Read moreWe recently purchased a Polaris Jeep model toy car from the Issaca store and requested it to be delivered to our location. Unfortunately, when the product arrived, it was completely damaged. We immediately contacted the store through a live video call and showed them the condition of the product. They acknowledged the issue and agreed to replace it. We then traveled over 250 km to the Bangalore Banaswadi branch for the replacement. However, the experience there was extremely disappointing. The manager at this branch was unprofessional and dismissive right from the beginning. He didn't communicate properly and showed no willingness to help. Though he initially agreed to replace the product, he informed us that the same color wasn't available. We chose a different color (green), but the replacement offered was clearly a used piece - full of scratches and wear. When we asked for a new one, the manager refused and spoke to us very rudely, saying, "If you want, take this one. Otherwise, I won't replace it. Take the damaged product and leave from here." This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially after we had already gone through the trouble of returning a damaged product ourselves over such a long distance. We hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures better support and behavior from their staff...
