Regal Business Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

For my husband and myself, senior citizens , this place was just ideal 🙂 Thomas was there to welcome us and help us with our WiFi. We had everything that we needed in our room and shared area of the 2 BHK flat to be comfortable 😌

Our mornings started with amazing filter coffee and fresh yummy south Indian breakfast at the Foyer. Biswajit and Basu always served us with a smile 🙂 With that good start , the whole day went off well.

Thomas and Paul were always there to help us with their valuable suggestions with regard to whatever we needed to do while in bangalore and on our onward journey to Mysore. Thomas even helped me book the service apartment in Mysore. Even guiding us to the nearby fruit stalls and the lovely supermarket. All this personalised help and care has made our entire holiday really memorable.

The cleaning staff also kept our room and bathroom very clean. They were Always available when we needed something done.

We got to know other guests during our stay in Regal suites and they are in touch with us now. All happy people due to the kind hospitality of all the staff who took care of us. If it is the will of Almighty God we will meet up again during our next visit to bangalore.

I stayed at the property for 6 nights for a work trip. Stayed in a deluxe room for couple of nights which was booked online and then extended my stay for another 4 nights for which I upgraded to a premium room at the same price since I booked it directly with them. Both rooms were quite spacious, comfortable and clean. The premium room was much better and pleasant as compared to the deluxe room whose furniture and fittings were perhaps slightly dated. Although I was told that the deluxe room is also planned to be renovated soon. Staff was efficient and cordial.
