KLAY Akshay Nagar Preschools and Daycare — Attraction in Bengaluru

I write this review after seeing my daughter enjoy her circle time with her teacher and aunties. Watching her smile, clap her hands and enjoy has been heartwarming.

We wanted to try a day care as I had to return to mandatory hybrid model of working and also was looking for a safe space where my little curious daughter would enjoy.

I am glad I found Klay :)

Things I have loved -

The Center Director - Ms. Shree was very patient in understanding the needs and responded to all our questions. The fee structure, do's and dont's were all very clear to us. I appreciate the transparent and open communication.

The Admin / Safety Officer at the front desk - Ms. Deepa has been very approachable and helpful. Whether it is to inform any details to the teachers about my child or for any other communication purposes, she is available to help us at all times.

Teachers / Nurses - Ms. Tamil is very patient with my child. Their motive to make the child feel happy, safe and independant is evident in everything they do and say. She encouraged my daughter to take her first steps to walk and gladly it was at KLAY. I also recently saw her helping my daughter learn how to eat by herself and I strongly feel only a teacher can do certain things. I am happy that she is my daughters first teacher. My daughter has become more social and is more curious than ever.

Aunties (all of them, especially Kajal Didi, Julie Didi, Ashwini) carry so much warmth and I feel happy to see my child be comfortable with them. You can communicate your comforts and discomforts with them and they are very helpful in all aspects. My daughters favourite is Meenakshi Akka - she is probably one of her closest persons after family.

Security guard at the entrance is very particular about entries and exits. They don't let unauthorised visitors enter the premises and also I have seen them take keen interest in keeping the children safe while exiting as it is a busy road with all time traffic.

The teachers/aunties usually fill out the details (regarding food, diaper time, and nap time) of all children and it is easy to understand what goes on during the school time. They also have CCTV access which lets you watch your children and be a part of their fun and laughter virtually.

I am excited for the Family day, Grandparents Day and Sports day that has been planned by the center this year. Eagerly waiting for it.

I want to end my review by saying that Klay has been the second safest home for my little daughter (after our home) and I 100% recommend...

Grandparents’ Day Celebrations at KLAY, Akshayanagar, Date: 12th August 2025

I would like to take a moment to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at KLAY, Akshayanagar, for organizing such a delightful and heartwarming Grandparents’ Day celebration on the 12th of August, 2025.

From the moment I stepped in, I was overwhelmed by the thoughtful preparations and the immense effort put in by every member of the KLAY family. The warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail were truly commendable and made the entire event an unforgettable experience.

Watching the tiny toddlers perform songs expressing their love and gratitude for their grandparents was an emotional moment for many of us. Their innocence, joy, and heartfelt expressions brought tears to our eyes and left an indelible mark on our hearts. Each performance was not only adorable but also deeply moving.

The celebrations didn’t stop there. When it was time for the grandparents to take part in the activities, be it dancing, singing, or playing games like musical chairs, the atmosphere was electric! It was heartening to see grandparents participating with such joy and enthusiasm, momentarily reliving their youthful days. The energy in the room was contagious and uplifting.

A special note of thanks to the teachers, support staff, administrative team, and everyone involved in making this event such a grand success. Your dedication, passion, and meticulous planning were evident in every aspect of the celebration. It is clear that the commitment you all bring to your roles is not just professional but deeply personal.

Having been associated with KLAY for the past few years through my grandson, I have witnessed firsthand the nurturing environment you provide. The growth, confidence, and positivity he has developed during his time here is truly remarkable. It’s a testament to the incredible work you do every single day.

Thank you once again for making us feel so special and valued. The memories created during this Grandparents’ Day celebration will be cherished forever. KLAY, Akshayanagar, truly feels like an extended family, and I’m grateful to be a part of this wonderful journey.

At first, I am more than happy that my kid is a part of Klay Akshaynagar, she spends most of her day here as we both are working parents and being Covid Mom I did have my own apprehensions for sending my kid to daycare full time. I am having less regrets(of course mothers heart wants to spend all time with the kid) but the quality time my kid spends with her friends in pre school and then daycare, then the amount of care the care givers offer, the patience and love the teachers show, makes me bit relieved. Klay staff takes personal interest in the pupils overall growth, even the slightest thing in behaviour is not overlooked. Sharing reviews of family day which happened on the 22nd of June. We are IT employees and weekends are mostly finishing chores. But this weekend was eventful and heartful. I felt very good spending time in Klay with my family on the Family Day. We hand painted, made photo frames with cardboard, danced and made merry as well. Loved the enthusiasm the staff showed and the arrangements made were on dot. They carefully crafted all the games / events and the Saturday morning was spent well. I am glad we made it to the event and had a memorable day.

Update : In the era were kids and adults are so much exposed to social word and the internet, we sideline most sensitive topic of safe and unsafe touch. A formal discussion on this topic was much needed and KLAY facilitated this in most professional and sensible way. I appreciate Ms Sowmya for carefully delivering todays discussion keeping children in mind. I am always appreciative of KLAY for the necessary steps taken in my childs overall development. Thanks again for clearing parents doubts.

Update on Grandparents day: On the 12 Sept 2025, Klay celebrated grandparents day. In todays nuclear families trend, little angels singing and dancing for their grandparents to show their love was impressive. Aarohis grandparents had a very good quality time at the event, singing , dancing, playing musical chair etc. As I always appreciate the effort, the teachers Sangeetha and Shazia spent good time and effort in giving a wonderful event making it memorable. Gratitude towards the team.
