Rangoli Gardens is a fascinating and close-to-realistic sculptural journey into the economy, food habits, cultural traditions, religious events, recreations, and living conditions of Karnataka. It is a great place to visit for anyone interested in learning about the culture and history of Karnataka.

The gardens are divided into different sections, each of which represents a different aspect of Karnataka life. There is a section on agriculture, with life-size statues of farmers working in the fields. There is a section on rural life, with statues of people going about their daily activities, such as cooking, weaving, and playing music. There is a section on religious life, with statues of Hindu gods and goddesses, as well as temples and other religious sites. There is also a section on recreation, with statues of people playing games, such as lagori and kabaddi. The scene of children playing with the cycle tyres will take you to your childhood (especially born in between 80's-99's). The statue are next to real and will take you another world

In addition to the statues, there are also a number of other attractions at Rangoli Gardens. There is a folk museum, where you can learn about the different folk dances of Karnataka. There is also a pottery making workshop, where you can learn how to make your own pot. And there is a fish spa, where you can relax and have your feet nibbled by fish.

Rangoli Gardens is a great place to visit for a family day out. It is a fun and educational place for children, and it is also a great place for adults to learn about the culture and history of Karnataka.

Here are some pros and cons of Rangoli Gardens: Pros: Educational and informative Fun for all ages Beautiful setting Lots of activities to do Affordable

Cons: Some of the statues are a bit weathered The fish spa can be a bit smelly The ticket prices for adults should be reduced. Currently it is 250 for adults and 100 for kids.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Rangoli Gardens to anyone visiting Bangalore. It is a great place to learn about the culture and history of Karnataka, and it is also a fun place to spend a day with family and friends.

Here are some tips for visiting Rangoli Gardens:

Wear comfortable shoes, as you will be doing a lot of walking. Bring sunscreen and a hat, as it can get hot in the gardens. Allow at least 3-4 hours to explore the gardens. If you are visiting with children, be sure to check out the folk museum and the pottery making workshop. Have lunch at the restaurant in the gardens, or pack a picnic lunch. If you are interested in the fish spa, be sure to book your...

Title: A Delightful Journey Through History for Kids and Families

Rating: ★★★★☆

The garden I recently visited was an absolute treasure trove of history, providing an exceptional learning experience for children while offering a delightful atmosphere for families to spend quality time together. The abundance of activities and its immersive environment made it a perfect destination for an educational day out. However, the pricing structure left a margin for improvement.

Upon arrival at the garden, I was instantly captivated by the picturesque surroundings and the palpable sense of tranquility. The beautifully maintained greenery, coupled with the well-preserved structures and artifacts, created an enchanting atmosphere reminiscent of past generations. It felt as if I had stepped into a time capsule.

The garden truly excelled at providing a wealth of educational opportunities for children. Engaging and interactive exhibits showcased the daily lives, traditions, and customs of previous eras, allowing young minds to immerse themselves in history. It was refreshing to see the commitment to presenting history in a way that is both informative and entertaining.

Moreover, the garden offered an impressive array of activities to keep visitors, especially children, thoroughly engaged throughout their visit. From traditional games and crafts to historical reenactments, there was something for everyone. Exploring replicas of homes, workshops, and marketplaces from different time periods further enhanced the immersive experience, sparking curiosity and fostering a deeper understanding of our heritage.

However, the downside of my experience was the pricing structure. While the entry ticket was reasonably priced, it was disappointing to find out that additional fees were required for each activity. This added expense could quickly accumulate, especially for families with multiple children, and detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit. A more inclusive pricing approach would be greatly appreciated.

Despite this, the garden's commitment to preserving history and creating an engaging learning environment is commendable. Its stunning backdrop, coupled with the multitude of educational activities on offer, make it an ideal destination for families looking to spend a fulfilling day together. With some consideration for a more inclusive pricing model, the garden would undoubtedly become a must-visit attraction for all...

We visited with family and relatives on Sunday (1st Oct). After watching online reviews and seeing videos on YouTube we decided to visit and experience this place.

One of the best places to visit in Bengaluru. The place is ideally a model village depicting rural life in our beloved Karnataka.

The visual treat is breathtaking. Adding aural (audio) vibe increased the happiness quotient to another level.

Must place of visit for kids brought up in urban areas.

A Restaurant and restrooms are available.

Drinking water cans are placed at regular intervals.

Apart from the main attraction, which is the model village, the additions are mentioned here. Tonga and horse riding, an attempt at pottery (the pots can be taken home), few games for kids are also available. These are to be paid for separately and is not included in entry ticket.

Ample parking space is available.

The place is disabled friendly. Wheel chairs are available at the entrance. Ramps are present.

Display boards explain the details of each exhibit.

A handicraft stall is present. A fish spa is also present for those who want their feet to be nibbled by fish.

For further improvement I request the management to improve the quality of restrooms even more by ensuring cleaning process at regular intervals. As it's an outdoor area, mud from footwear of visitors do get into the restrooms floors. The quality of tap fittings too can be improved.

I have requested many of my friends and relatives who are yet to visit this place to do so experience happiness and appreciate the hardwork done by the artisans in creating this beautiful tourist attraction.

Thank you Rangoli Gardens. My humble...
