Racecourse Ground is really a good place where too many things occur in a year, like per year one time occur a marathon.And one time, there is a festival where the whole racecourse is covered, full of crowd, many merry-go-round, and much more like ghost house type theme, circus, magical show, many things are there in festival.In ganesh chaturthi There will be many competitions occur. Approximately 7 to 8 are divided by age group and specific gender wise competition. Friday, 22nd February, 2019 :- A programme ‘Defence Youth Fiesta-2019’ will be organized at the Race Course ground from February 24-27 by a city-based Genius Group engaged in education sector in collaboration with the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (TCGL).

Officers of the Indian Air Force, Navy, BSF, ISRO, NCC and Gujarat police will participate in the event. They will be joined by over 5,000 students from various educational institutes. The institutes will display 500 projects. The theme of the programme is ‘Know Your Defence Forces’ and encourage the youth to join the armed forces.

The main attraction of this event will be Wagah border parade, which will be performed by students in front of the replica of Wagah border. Hands-on training workshops will also be held to create awareness among 25,000 students of various self-finance schools of Rajkot. The BSF will showcase artillery guns and perform various drills during the event.
