Fortunate would've been those customers who've experienced a delightful time here, sadly not us. Saturday night around 7:30 PM with 60% of the restaurant occupied, till 10 mins. we were not directed to the table by a manager (holding 40 yrs of hospitality experience) until we choose one per our requirement. The pro-active approach of customer didn't went well with the manager and with his low hearing capacity in addition to his dull customer management skills - we were told (not requested) to shift ourselves in the below unit of the restaurant. If this is what customer service means, then I'm worried about how 4 decades of this person's experience would have been and most importantly how Temptations would've managed such employees. We paid a due respect to the manager, addressing him with a polite way and explained what he should've and shouldn't have done but as we know, your nature becomes irritating with age which we saw with this person as well. Anyway, the name of this manager is Mr. Nair who's failed to meet basic customer service skills at a very reputed and delicious food joint. We hope Temptations take cares of such instances to maintain their customer family in parallel to their staff.
