Worstttttttt service in the town , i went there on sunday and i ordered my food around 8:28 and i didn't get my order till 9:51 , so either they don't know what FAST-food means or there were designing the pizza , every 10 mins i had to ask them when will the food will be ready , they kept telling me 2 min sir , 2 min sir , i waited for 1hour and 20 mins then i had to leave , without refund or the food , the staff didn't wanted to refund me or give me the food which i paid for ,

The tables weren't cleaned , i had to ask for tissue , water , oregano , fork , and chair so basically everything except a table , there was nothing on the table to begin with .

Food was not bad , but the guy who took the order was on crack i guess , i ordered for a thin crust pizza , he gave me a regular, my pepsi didn't arrived on time , i had my pepsi when the pizza were finished so ,no point of enjoying the food it was more like just eating the food , there was no sense or feeling of value for money at some point it felt like mid day meal service, i guess i can't compare them with mid-day meal , it's an insult for mid-day , i guess mid day is much better

Not only i , but 2-3 customer didn't get there food or refund so they left like me , some of them asked for something and got something else , some didn't get the food at the first place , some customers left without eating because there childrens were crying , the problem is with place, the place is 3 times the size of their kitchen , the staff was in handful numbers , the kitchen was small , staff was untrained , so ig they should increase the kitchen size , improve management and service

I still didn't get my garlic breadstic so i paid 160 rupee for nothing , it still feels i paid 160 to just still and...

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff, who were not only friendly but also very professional and attentive. The ambiance was inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual dining experience.

Now, coming to the food – it was absolutely delicious! The pizzas were perfectly baked with a crispy yet soft crust, loaded with fresh and flavorful toppings. The cheese was perfectly melted, adding a rich and indulgent taste to every bite. I tried their signature pan pizza, and it was just the right balance of crunch and softness. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the seasoning was spot on.

Apart from pizzas, I also ordered some garlic bread and pasta, and both were equally impressive. The garlic bread had a nice buttery and garlicky flavor, while the pasta was creamy and well-cooked with a rich, cheesy sauce. The variety of beverages and desserts was also great, and I ended my meal with their classic chocolate lava cake, which was a perfect treat.

The service was exceptional—our order arrived quickly, and the staff ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They were polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great dining experience.
