The historic clock tower at Sankan Garden in Chhoti Kashi Mandi has been fixed by the motor mechanic of Mandi. Earlier, an engineer had to call from Kolkata to fix it, for which he charged lakhs of rupees. This watch has been fixed by Bradhivir's car mechanic Sunny for years. Sunny has been working as a car mechanic for almost 32 years. He has also done watches before. Apart from this, he wanted Mandi to contribute in fixing the historic clock tower of the city. Apart from this, the city council gave a chance on this wish. Before fixing the same clock, Sunny studied the clock mechanism in the historic clock tower and started work. After that the clock can be fixed.

Apart from this, Sunny said that he is happy to fix the clock tower. Whatever small shortage there may have been in the clock tower, it will also be removed soon. He has also said to provide similar services for Ghantaghar in future. On the one hand, EO BR Negi said that the clock has been fixed. This watch is very old. The same is also being considered for its change. This is the history of Ghantaghar - Ghantaghar was launched on 28 February 1939 in the presence of the then Raja Jogendrasen of the princely state of Mandi by the State Forces Military Advisor in Chief Sir Arthur M. Milge. The history of the site where the bell tower is built is more than 300 years old.
