Crunch Bell - Best Pizza in Mandi Himachal — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent pizza order from your outlet. I had placed an order on date 05/11/2025 for delivery to jail road Mandi Unfortunately, the delivery boy mistakenly handed my order to another person.

As a result, I had to wait for a long time by the roadside, which caused me great inconvenience and frustration. Despite several calls to the delivery person, the issue was not resolved promptly.

I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure such mistakes do not happen in the future.
