GRS Snow Park — Attraction in Karnataka

Our experience at GRS Snow Park in Mysore, was incredibly disappointing, largely due to the terrible service. The staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. From the moment we entered, we were met with disinterest. Kids needed to use the washroom while the tickets at the counter were being purchased and they did not allow them.

When we entered the premises and the kids went to use the washroom, they said our timing to enter the Snow Park has started. Basically the timing inside Snow Park was valid for 1 hour but they gave us only 30 minutes as they included the timing that kids used the washroom and followed by collecting the jacket , gloves and boots. We had to purchase the socks separately. The costumes were ill fitting and the zips on the jacket were ripping off frequently.

This place was smaller than the ones that we have been to earlier in other cities. The staff seemed irritated rather than accommodating. Overall, the lack of care and attention from the staff completely ruined the experience. They put off the lights and forced us to go out in half hour time.

When I complained to the Manager regarding this, the whole team got together. They realised that we had spent only half hour inside as I had informed the manager when we were entering, to note the time. They said that we can re-enter for the next half hour but by that time, my family had removed their jackets, boots and gloves. Henceforth we left this place with a bitter experience.

For the high entry fee, one would expect much better service. Avoid this place if you value...

Honestly, I’m writing this because I really don’t want anyone else to go through what we did. Do not visit GRS Park. I’m telling you this based on my personal experience.

The whole thing started with a call from their sales team. They promised us a great deal: buy three tickets, get one free, and on top of that, a free snow park ticket with our water park tickets. We thought it sounded awesome and made plans to go.

When we got there, the "buy three, get one free" deal was legit—we did get that. But when we asked about the free snow park ticket, the guy at the counter just said it wasn't a valid offer. Can you believe that? The sales person on the phone had straight-up lied to us to get the sale.

It’s incredibly frustrating to travel all the way there, excited for a deal, only to find out it was a fake promise. It just ruined the whole mood. The "harsh experience" wasn't about the rides; it was about the disappointment of being scammed by their own staff.

Given how misleading their sales are, it's pretty clear to me what's going on. It seems the GRS team has even hired people just to post fake 5-star Google reviews to hide their terrible customer service and shady practices. It all makes sense now when you look at all the glowing reviews that don't match the reality of a visit.

So, please, take my advice: cross-check every single offer directly with a manager or on their official site before you even think about going. It's just not right that they get away with this.

I would have given -5 star if the Option...

Had a great weekend and best hangout with the friends.. Their Combo ticket is worthless. Well disciplined staff. Well maintained mess. THEY have 2 types of games 1 wet and 2 dry games In wet games the AMAZONIA and PENDULUM was just amazing 🤩 Beautiful garden and hygienic food .. Really worthy 😇 But I request the administration to reduce the ticket money or provide the other necessities like Clothing, lockers and food in the ticket amount only 🙏
